Sale Agreement

Our process is simple.

Bring your device to Indycells and we’ll inspect the model, storage, condition, carrier status, account locks, and other information that may affect its value.

Any online quote is an estimate based on the information provided. After the device is inspected, Indycells will provide a final offer. If the device condition or information differs from what was entered online, the offer may change.

You are never required to accept an offer.

All devices must legally belong to the seller or the seller must have permission from the legal owner to sell them.

Before completing a sale, customers should remove personal accounts, turn off activation locks, and back up any information they want to keep.
